1. Nature of the arrangement
The participant funds a device slot. The slot covers a six-month device lease, device insurance, a 100-SIM pack and a service charge. The participant is not purchasing a device and is not acquiring any ownership interest in it.
2. Device ownership
The device and the SIM pack remain the property of Globacom and/or Sixbel Technology Limited for the entire term and thereafter. At the end of the term the device is returned to the programme pool unless a further arrangement is agreed in writing.
3. Deployment
Sixbel allocates the funded device and SIM pack to a trained Glo field agent (SROA) for activation and roadshow work. Allocation of a specific device and a specific agent is carried out manually by Sixbel after all three payments are verified.
4. Earning period
The six-month earning period begins on the day the agent commences active field use of the device, not on the date of payment. Device procurement typically takes about three weeks and agent onboarding a further one to two weeks.
5. Basis of earnings
Earnings arise solely from Globacom's own published incentive structure applied to the verified field performance of the allocated agent. Globacom may revise that structure at any time. No fixed, minimum or guaranteed figure is offered, implied or payable under this agreement.
6. Payment of earnings
Globacom pays the participant directly into the Glo Money Master account the participant supplies. Sixbel neither holds nor routes these funds. Amounts shown in the portal are transcribed from Glo's monthly payment log and are labelled as reported by Glo.
7. Payments by the participant
Each slot requires three separate transfers to the destinations shown in the portal, each carrying the required narration exactly. Receipts for all three must be uploaded before a slot moves to Payment Verified. Duplicate payment references are detected and flagged automatically.
8. SIM pack top-up
From around month three, the participant may optionally fund a second 100-SIM pack. This is optional and is funded at the participant's own choice of source.
9. Reallocation
After one month on a slot, the participant may request reallocation of the device to a different field agent. Requests are queued and targeted for resolution within approximately five business days.
10. Device retrieval
The participant may submit a formal request to end the arrangement and have the device retrieved. Retrieval is subject to the terms of the signed agreement and to settlement of any outstanding lease obligation.
11. Maturity
At nine months from the agent's activation date, the slot is flagged as matured and earnings accrual stops. The participant may then cash out or apply funds to another slot, subject to the per-participant slot cap.
12. Field agent location
Agents consent explicitly to location sharing before any tracking begins. Location is shared only while an agent is on duty; there is no continuous background tracking.
